LOS ANGELES - Television personality Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her second child with rapper Kanye West.
The mother of one confirmed the news in a promotional video clip on for her reality TV show on Sunday.
"I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!" Kardashian, 34, told her sister Khloe in a video clip for the television show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The reality star gave birth to her first child with Kanye, daughter North West, on June 15, 2013, in Los Angeles.
Twitter immediately erupted with posts suggesting they name their second child - you guessed it - South West.
