Gym owner Tiat Lim says an intensive workout routine and a healthy diet helped him gain a body 10 years younger than his real age

I was a fat kid. I remember being relegated to the "fat boys' club" in secondary school, so burning Saturdays to do exercises was a big motivation for me to slim down. I was at my fattest and the most out of shape in 2013 as I fell off the wagon for a while - I stopped working out and had an unhealthy diet.
