NEW YORK (REUTERS) - Supermodel Naomi Campbell gathered up her famous friends to help raise money towards the fight against Ebola on Saturday at her "Fashion for Relief" charity show held at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York.

The audience erupted in applause when Campbell made an appearance on the runway. The cheers continued as television personalities Paris Hilton and Kelly Osborne also strutted along during the event.

Also lending their time were actresses Michelle Rodriguez and Rosario Dawson, along with singers Mary J. Blige and Cassie and model Tyson Beckford.

Campbell will kick off London Fashion Week with another charity show on Feb 19.

Fashion for Relief was set up in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina to raise money for charity from the fashion community.
