Andrew Rayel, 21, is often compared with the world-renowned Dutch progressive trance DJ and has even won the backing of van Buuren himself. Rayel, who hails from Moldova in Eastern Europe, started his music producing career at age 13 and has done remixes for famed DJs including Dash Berlin, Zedd and Tiesto. Last year, this young gun took the No. 28 spot on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll.
