V5 WITH GREY GOOSE FEATURING DJ SHINTARO AND SATIN JACKETS
Rooftop bar and club lounge Ku De Ta celebrates Singapore's birthday with last year's Red Bull Thre3style champion, DJ Shintaro, and nu-disco DJs and producers Satin Jackets. Hailing from Tokyo, Shintaro was the youngest and first Asian winner of the Red Bull Thre3style DJ competition. He is known for his smooth turntable skills, blending hip-hop and high-energy electronic dance music. German dance act Satin Jackets are known for their lush indie remixes with pop appeal and a four-to-the-floor groove.

BASS REBELS
Bass Rebels is a monthly music event that celebrates reggae, ska, dancehall and every music genre in between. This month's instalment will feature live performances by reggae sensation Conkarah from Jamaica and Kaztet D, a French reggae and hip-hop emcee based in Phnom Penh.

SATURDAY ORIGINAL SESSIONS
This week's instalment of the Saturday Original Sessions live music series features local singer-songwriter Shannon Luke, a budding musician whose music draws on elements of British indie-pop, folk and electronica. Also on the line-up is Nelson and Amanda, two singer-songwriters who promise feel-good rock and laid-back folk music for the evening. They will both be launching a new EP tomorrow.

MAMBO JAMBO REUNION
There is no better way to ring in National Day than to party at the quintessential Singaporean themed club night - Mambo Jambo. The retro fest that celebrates synth-pop favourites from the 1980s and synchronised dance moves returns to Zouk this weekend. Get ready to bust out those moves to the tunes of Erasure, Belinda Carlisle and Alphaville.
