BAYBEATS 2014
Baybeats is back and, like every year, thousands will throng the bayside stages at the Esplanade to catch the creme of the local music scene. One of the choice acts to catch this year is eclectic troubadour Inch Chua, who is back here from her United States stint, with not just a closing set on the second night of the festival but also a new book, Between The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea. With 36 home-grown and regional acts, there is a little something for all tastes too, such as the contemplative tunes of singer-songwriter Deon Toh and the rage and emotion of post-hardcore outfit Villes.
