Fans of the 2011 K-drama Dream High will know Korean singer-actress Suzy, who played the student who stole the heart of Kim Soo Hyun's character in the drama.
Suzy is also the one revealed to be dating Korean heart-throb Lee Min Ho, 27, in news that trended on Monday on Twitter and Facebook worldwide.
Both confirmed they have been dating for about a month, with Lee's agency saying the pair are "currently carefully building the relationship."
Sparks could have flown in January, going by a timeline of the sightings of them together.
On Jan 20, she was at the VIP preview of Lee's film Gangnam Blues in Seoul, perhaps at his personal invitation.
It marked his first lead role in a feature film. Suzy, 20, is herself a popular member of K-pop gal quartet miss A and a K-pop sweetheart with movie awards under her belt.
The day after, she lent her support for Gangnam Blues, posting a picture of herself at the premiere on Instagram and saying she hoped it would make big money.
The two were then sighted on Feb 17 at a restaurant in Seoul. On Feb 25, he was seen taking her out on a car ride around Itaewon and Namsan in Seoul.
On March 10, reports say, they left Seoul separately - he to Paris for a shoot and she to London.
Five days later, he was spied in London with his mother, sister and brother-in-law.
He was also seen picking Suzy up in a chaufferred Mercedes and proceeding to the Shangri-la Hotel at London's tallest building The Shard.
They entered the hotel one after the other, with Lee pictured hiding his face with a scarf.
They left London separately after spending a three-day, two-night holiday together, it was reported.
Korean website Dispatch, which broke the news of their relationship, said they had been inseparable since Feb 23, spending almost every day together.
News of the budding romance has come as a surprise as they have not worked together before.
Both have been linked previously to other stars.
Lee had admitted dating Park Min Young, his co-star in 2011 drama City Hunter but they broke up after several months.
In 2011, Suzy denied talk that she was dating Kim, her Dream High co-star. She also denied dating Sung Joon, her co-star in 2013's Gu Family Book after they were photographed together.
Was their London trip also a planned opportunity for Suzy to meet Lee's family?
If so, will things turn serious for them? Fans can only speculate.

1. Born Bae Su Ji, she is known by her stage name Suzy. She started as an online shopping model. According to Wikipedia, she was a 15-year-old high school student when she took part in a TV talent show and was spotted by her agency JYP Entertainment. 2. Her role in Dream High won her a Best New Actress Award at the KBS Drama Awards in 2011. She also starred in the dramas Big (2012) and Gu Family Book (2013).
3. She made her movie debut in the 2012 hit romance Architecture 101, about a woman who meets her college first love 17 years after. Her performance of the younger version of the female lead led to her being dubbed the "Nation's First Love".
It also won her a Best New Actress prize at the BaekSang Arts Awards in 2012, a 20s Female Movie Star award at the Mnet 20s Choice Awards, and a popularity award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards.
4. She is known for being the first Korean female celebrity to have more than 1 million followers on Twitter. Last April, she emerged at No. 3 on a Forbes Korea list ranking top Korean celebrities. Last December, she was listed at No. 11 on entertainment review TCCandler.com's list of 100 Most Beautiful Faces 2014. The only Korean celebrity ahead of her was Nana, member of Korean band After School, at No. 1.
