Bond star Daniel Craig reportedly injured while filming 007 car chase

Actor Daniel Craig, who reprises his role as British spy James Bond in the forthcoming movie Spectre, was injuring during filming in the Italian city of Rome.

Craig was injured behind the wheel during a high-speed car chase through the streets of Rome - his second injury while filming the movie, reported the Daily Mail.

His car, a silver Aston Martin DB10, hit a bump in the road on Monday as it raced through the central streets which had been closed off for filming, the Mail reported.

Doctors were called after Craig hit his head on the car's interior, La Repubblica reported, but the injury was not serious.

Craig flew out of Rome the next day, leaving the stuntman to take care of the rest of the shoot.
