The new 218i Gran Coupe falls short of BMW's reputation for driving fun, but still has traits that set it apart from the pack

BMW has shown itself to be rather adept at making cars which look and feel sporty.

Hence, it gets away with hyperbolic taglines such as Ultimate Driving Machine and Sheer Driving Pleasure. Because deep down, people tend to agree - BMWs are fun to drive. Mostly.
