A RECIPE TO TRY
Cooking is not necessarily a tedious task. Try making this one-pot Caribbean shrimp curry from The Philippine Daily Inquirer, which requires minimal hands-on time for a quick meal.
You need only to toss in all the ingredients in a pan, saute and simmer. The shrimp are seasoned with spices such as cumin and curry powder, and finished off with coconut milk.
