Prince Harry and his girlfriend of nearly two years, Ms Cressida Bonas, have split up, Britain's Daily Telegraph and US magazine People reported on Tuesday.
"He found her too needy and it just wasn't working out," the US publication cited a source close to the royal as saying.
"Cressy" and Prince Harry, fourth in line for the British throne, were first spotted together in July 2012.
According to an AFP report, the couple were introduced by Princess Eugenie, Harry's cousin, a friend of the 24-year-old beauty.
They tried to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, but in March, the two were seen in public twice in the span of a weekend. They were also photographed kissing at an event in London's Wembley Arena, sparking rumours another royal wedding on the cards.

Two days later they were spotted at Twickenham stadium for a Six-Nations rugby match (above).
Ms Bonas - the daughter of model Mary-Gaye Curzon and entrepreneur Jeffrey Bonas - works in marketing in London.

Who Prince Harry is dating has long been a hot topic in the British and international press, and going by his track record, the royal is attracted to blonde modelesque women.
His other long-time girlfriend was Zimbabwe-born Chelsy Davy (above). The pair were often in the paparazzi spotlight during their on-again, off-again relationship from 2004 to 2010.

Prince Harry has also been romantically linked to several other blonde beauties, including model Florence Brudenell-Bruce (above) in 2011, and singer Mollie King (below) of British girl band The Saturdays in 2012.
But his split with Ms Bonas may not be permanent, reported the Telegraph, who quoted a "well-placed" source as saying the couple "paused for a breather". Indeed, Harry's brother Prince William split up with his future wife Katherine in 2007, but they reunited several months later and married in 2011.
Clarence House, the office of Harry's father Prince Charles, declined to comment.
