SAM X THE LOCAL PEOPLE ART WEEK MARKET

What: The Singapore Art Museum brings back the popular The Local People Market for the Singapore Art Week, with food-and-beverage vendors such as frozen treats retailer The Sng Bao Society, and art and retail vendors such as accessories store The Lorem Ipsum Store.

Where: Singapore Art Museum Courtyard and Glass Hall, 71 Bras Basah Road

TANJONG GOODMAN

What: Shop for preloved goods at the Great Singapore Garage Sale or pick up fresh produce at the Goodman Farmers' Market. There will also be activities such as henna-drawing workshops, dance sessions and film screenings, on top of open artist studios, art exhibitions and installations.

Where: Goodman Arts Centre, 90 Goodman Road. The garage sale is at The Garden, the farmers' market will be under the umbrellas between Block B and the amphitheatre.
