Dining Experience With Chef Ramon Freixa At Curate, RWS

Resorts World Sentosa's fourth and final edition of the Art At Curate Series 2016 features Spanish chef Ramon Freixa, who owns and runs two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ramon Freixa Madrid. Dishes to look forward to include Under A Black Garlic Veil, which comprises mushrooms, Iberico ham and lobster, free-range egg yolk with sherry; Surf And Turf, royale beef cheek with squid noodles; and King Crab, with saffron bouillabaisse with roes, liquid transparence. Lunch and dinner will also start with the chef's signature canapes such as the Mimetic Manchego Cheese Stones. From Tuesday, his signature dishes will be available in a special menu co-created with a resident chef.

A Taste Of Ishikawa At Keyaki

Following a recent trip, master chef Hiroshi Ishii of Pan Pacific Singapore's Keyaki has selected ingredients from Ishikawa prefecture to add to the menu. Highlights include the Noto beef, from Japanese black cattle, braised in Jibuni style or steamed or cooked teppanyaki-style ($88++ to $110++); Kanou-gani (snow crab); Ika Teppo-yaki ($22++), which is chef Ishii's rendition of the popular seafood from Ishikawa, with miso stuffing in the squid; and Kaga and Kinji-sou vegetables.
