New restaurants have been popping up in the pods outside the Novotel and Mercure hotels in Stevens Road, serving a variety of cuisines ranging from Norwegian to local food.

Among the latest is The Gyu Bar, a small 35-seater yakiniku eatery opened by the partners behind the high-end Sushi Kimura restaurant in Palais Renaissance.
