The Gyu Bar serves mostly Kumamoto wagyu from Japan, with various choices of cuts, such as marbled short rib and sirloin
New restaurants have been popping up in the pods outside the Novotel and Mercure hotels in Stevens Road, serving a variety of cuisines ranging from Norwegian to local food.
Among the latest is The Gyu Bar, a small 35-seater yakiniku eatery opened by the partners behind the high-end Sushi Kimura restaurant in Palais Renaissance.
