Great Grills, Fresh Catches At Brotzeit
Brotzeit is launching a summer of hearty grill platters, fresh seafood and a thirst-quenching long drink, Lil' Berry ($14++). Making its debut is a lunch-time DIY Salad ($18++), while light bites include Spinach Mint Dip ($8++) and Chicken Schnitzel Roll ($14++). The Brotzeit BBQ Party Feast ($98++; platter: $68++) comprises hefty portions of grilled pork fillet, garlic pork sausages, bacon strips, chicken fillet, minced beef and pork skewers, grilled corn, fries/wedges and two toast-worthy 0.5-litre steins of draft beer. Other items include white wine-infused mussels ($19++ to $29++), fish and mussels saffron stew ($32++) and a 1kg grouper that is seasoned and pan-seared ($58++).

Quintessentially High Tea At The Atrium Lounge
Asian and Western high-tea treats are served on a three-tier stand at the Atrium Lounge in Marina Mandarin. The English High Tea offers baked raisin scones served with clotted cream, premium butter and berry compote and cold savouries such as Maine lobster roll, duck rillettes and gooseberry tart, smoked trout and cured cucumber cubic, brie and prune chutney on charcoal bread, and other items such as Old English chicken pot pie and crispy prawn in filo pastry. The Asian Hi-Tea menu has baked raisin scones served with clotted cream, peanut butter and housemade kaya, mini soft bun coated with chicken floss and chilli-crab salad in savoury tart. Crackerjack is now open for brunch on weekends, serving tea and coffee, feel-good food, healthy smoothies and lighter and seasonal cocktails. Health-conscious diners should try the Bircher Muesli or Rich Hippie Granola ($12+) with housemade organic Dutch milk yogurt. For a simple Continental-style breakfast, housemade sourdough bread ($8+) is served with Isigny Sainte-Mere DOC butter and Fords Gin marmalade. The funnel cake ($14+) is topped with candied bacon, caramel, amaretto cream and banana. New Summer Cocktails At Neon Pigeon
Neon Pigeon, which serves izakaya sharing plates and Japanese- inspired cocktails, has launched a new cocktail menu conceived by head bartender Symphony Loo, who is among the top four shortlisted in the Rising Star category for Singapore's Bar Awards 2017. The new cocktails include Gei-sha ($19++, shiitake sake and umeshu, Luxardo apricot, passionfruit, Barbadillo sherry and bitters), Karashi Sour ($18++, Hendricks gin, karashi agave, pickled red cabbage juice, ginger and egg white) and Kickin' Mule ($18++, jasmine-infused Bankes gin, spiced citrus syrup, yuzu sake, pomegranate molasses and ginger beer). Dishes that go with the new cocktails are Charcoal Grilled Barracuda ($32++), Confit Duck Leg ($17++ to $32++), Duck Liver Okonomiyaki ($17++ to $32++) and Japanese Citrus Curd ($12++).

Taiwanese High Tea Buffet At Carousel
Carousel will be serving Taiwanese delicacies for high tea next month. In the menu will be small bites from Taiwan's popular night markets, such as crispy chicken thigh with Oriental spices, oyster mee sua, braised beef brisket noodle soup as well as a variety of braised dishes at the Taiwan stew station, such as braised chicken wings and beancurd tofu, served with assorted sauces and condiments. Diners can also enjoy well-known savouries including oyster omelette and pan-fried crystal buns, which will be available at the teppanyaki live station. Other highlights include braised seafood in bread toast, Taiwan spring rolls and grilled Taiwan sausages. Four-Hands Truffle Dinner At Stellar
Stellar at 1-Altitude embarks on its seventh year with a month-long tribute to truffles and fine wines. Setting the stage is a special four-hands, six-course truffle dinner by Michelin-starred chef Francisco Javier Araya from Chile, who has worked in restaurants around the world. The dinner will showcase Perigord black truffles sourced from Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. The prized fungi will be used to transform the season's finest ingredients, such as Hokkaido scallops, Carabinero prawns and Sturia caviar, into extraordinary culinary creations.

DB Bistro & Oyster Bar has introduced a weekly New Zealand Fish Market special and an array of monthly seafood promotions, complementing its signature seafood platters and seasonal oysters.
