Four-hands Dining Series At Jaan

The first of a four-hands dining series at Swissotel The Stamford's one- Michelin-starred restaurant, Jaan, will feature chef Ryan Clift of the Tippling Club and Jaan's chef de cuisine Kirk Westaway. The menu features some of their signature dishes such as chef Westaway's Norwegian langoustine, paired with white Pertuis asparagus and chef Clift's razor clams with Brittany purple garlic soup.

Brae And Restaurant Andre: Escape To Victoria

Restaurant Andre is hosting a special culinary collaboration between chef Andre Chiang and Australian guest chef Dan Hunter of Brae (No. 2 in Australia's Top 100 Restaurants, No. 44 in World's 50 Best Restaurants).
