Morton's Singapore is opening for lunch on Sundays, complete with a selection of Bloody Mary cocktails. The three-course menu starts with a choice of Caesar Salad, Morton's Centre-Cut Iceberg, Baked Five Onion soup or the signature Lobster Bisque. Four Hands Dinner, From Bilbao To Singapore

Spanish chef Josean Alija of Nerua at Guggenheim Bilbao brings the soul of his kitchen to Singapore in a collaboration with chef Ryan Clift of Tippling Club. Clift's dishes include crab with nashi pear, shiso puree and yuzu; foie gras with apple, 8spice and gaufrette biscuit; and the A4 Toriyama Wagyu, fruit tomato, horseradish and sea grapes. Alija's contribution covers tomatoes with aromatic herb and caper base; prawn with vegetable broth, enoki mushroom, curry and mint; and cod kokotxa and green pepper pil-pil sauce.

Flag Off With Axis Bar & Lounge Afternoon Tea
