Izy Dining & Bar is staging an epicurean experience with a bluefin maguro show for its third anniversary tomorrow. The restaurant will bring together Japanese cuisine, culture and entertainment, including a demonstration on how to fillet a 60kg bluefin tuna. The fish will be filleted using a maguro bocho, a knife for cutting tuna, and several pairs of skilled hands. The seven-course omakase is paired with cocktails and sake.
