Chocolate Origin Launches Dark Chocolate Gelato

Dessert cafe Chocolate Origin has launched its first Dark Chocolate Gelato, a project that has been five years in the making. The gelato was first available at the Bugis Junction outlet last weekend and is now available at its other outlets at Kallang Wave Mall, Jurong Point, 313@Somerset, AMK Hub, White Sands and Changi Village.

Singapore High Tea At National Kitchen

Violet Oon's National Kitchen at the National Gallery has started serving tea and its signature Singapore High Tea Set comes with a free flow of Kopi VO or one of its signature teas. Six Hands Dinner At Bochinche

Hosted by Bochinche's chef Diego Jacquet, together with executive chef Daniel Chavez of Ola Cocina Del Mar and executive head chef

Ivan Brehm of The Kitchen at Bacchanalia, the Six Hands Dinner is a seven-course tasting menu reflecting the chefs' Latin American heritage. Dishes include chef Chavez's Peruvian seafood ceviche with smoked aji amarillo and leche de tigre for starters, chef Jacquet's sweet potato leaves and ricotta tortellini with peas, broad beans and whey butter for main course, and chef Brehm's Quindim - a traditional Brazilian egg custard dessert served with coconut sorbet.

Lewin Terrace's Summer Menu With A Japanese-French Touch

Executive chef Keisuke Matsumoto has given a Japanese-French touch to Lewin Terrace's new Summer Sho-Mi menu. Offerings include Riz Au Lait flavoured with spices such as star anise, cinnamon and cloves to create a caramel spice ice-cream.
