Pop-up Dinner, Cooking Class By Spanish Chef Daniel Quintero At Shangri-La
Spanish guest chef Daniel Quintero presents a six-course dinner at BLU (level 24) at this five-night pop-up dinner event. Menu highlights include beetroot gazpacho with carabinero prawns, oysters and caviar; hot potato espuma with pumpkin curry ice cream; and poached venison with cauliflower couscous, vanilla and cherries. These three dishes will feature in his cooking class at the Dutch Pavilion on Tuesday.

New Dining Concept At Grand Park City Hall
Grand Park City Hall's Indulge At Park restaurant has a new weekday dining concept featuring a selection of Western, Asian and local specialities by executive chef Eric Ong. Create your own two- or three-course set meals from recommendations such as Signature Chicken Rice and Pan-seared Atlantic Cod with coriander horseradish. The Long Weekend Tunch puts the spotlight on Asian dishes such as Hong Kong roast duck, kueh pie tee and popiah. Asian BBQ Fun features premium meats and seafood including lobster and Spanish pork belly. The dessert section will have cakes, macarons, Nonya kueh, durian pengat and a DIY chendol bar.
