Following a successful debut in July last year, mother-and-son duo Lakshmi and Daniel Surendran from Heavens Catering return to The Fullerton Hotel's Town Restaurant. Feed Us Sharing Menu As ODP Welcomes Lazy Susan

ODP (Open Door Policy) invites diners to get mixed up for a sharing meal, with its modern mishmash of global flavours in Lazy Susan, a pop-up by chef Haan Palcu-Chang, 30, a Toronto native whose father is Taiwanese and whose mother is Romanian. Dishes include ODP's warm octopus terrine, braised beef cheek, kangaroo fillet and roasted barramundi and Lazy Susan's shrimp-paste fried chicken, fried carrot cake with light curry sauce and stir-fried lotus root with housemade chilli jam.

Red House Seafood Reunion Takeaway Tiffin Set

Besides new festive dishes along with all-time favourites, Red House Seafood has introduced its Reunion Takeaway Tiffin Set. This three-tiered custom-made "tingkat" is filled with wok-fried, sauteed fresh lily bulbs and wild mushrooms with asparagus; and scallops, grouper fillet and prawns in a Peranakan-inspired spicy sauce with fresh pineapples, seasonal greens and red peppers. Me@OUE's Black Diamond Yu Sheng platter comprises complex textures and flavours such as fresh salmon trout sashimi, hokkigai (surf clam), ikura (salmon roe) and black winter truffles or black diamonds. The crunch from the purple cabbage, shiso leaves, enoki mushroom, daikon cress, white radish and cucumber combines with the bite from the ginger and the picked shallots.
