Executive sous chef Angelo Ciccone invites diners to Basilico's first pasta night, featuring five courses of different pasta varieties prepared with Italian produce. Taking the spotlight are mother-son duo Letchmi and Daniel Surendran. She founded the popular Heavens hawker stall at Ghim Moh Market and Food Centre 15 years ago.
