ARTICHOKE X COCOTTE BIRD-DAY PARTY
Following on from their previous Gangsta Trolley Brunch, chef Anthony Yeoh from Cocotte and chef Bjorn Shen from Artichoke join forces again for a sequel, held at Artichoke. Guest chef Charles Feng from Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai, brings his signature dishes to Cherry Garden next month. LAWRY'S ANNIVERSARY MENU
To celebrate the steakhouse chain's 16th anniversary in Singapore, executive chef Nick Lee has created a five-course set dinner (July 1 - 16, $99++ a person) which includes dishes such as 7 Spices Duck with carrot meringue and horseradish cream; Surf & Turf lobster and chicken in tomato broth; and main courses such as the Duo Deluxe, pan-seared United States Prime beef tenderloin and French goose foie gras served with mango salsa on toast. Slow Food (Singapore), the only Slow Food Convivium in Singapore officially authorised by the Slow Food International Association, presents the inaugural Kueh Appreciation Day 2015, a Fringe Event at this year's Singapore Food Festival, celebrating favourite local confections and snacks. The public will be able to purchase handmade heritage food by vendors from Singapore's different ethnic communities. As part of the Tourism Authority of Thailand's campaign 2015 Discover Thainess, Patara Fine Thai Cuisine welcomes diners to explore the diversity of regional Thai flavours in new and lesser-known dishes. From next month to September, Asahi Super Dry presents a series of exclusive collaborative menus created by three Japanese eateries, offering flavours and dishes to complement the beer's signature karakuchi (clean, crisp and refreshing) taste.
