SINGAPORE - When Ms Justina Lee, 46, began frequenting pet-friendly cafes four years ago, she was pleasantly surprised by the effort put into the food served to the furry customers.

At I.N.U Cafe & Boutique, the finance professional orders the Wooflesburg, a pork patty made in-house that comes with waffles and a side of broccoli, for her two corgis.
