HONEY GLAZED BARBECUE PORK LOIN

"Grand Mandarina's take on this dish is a no-holds-barred version with an outer layer of caramelised sugar. Besides the sweetness from the sugar, the meat has a subtle char that works in its favour. It was juicy and firm, but not tough. This one's a winner."
