Two Singapore restaurants have made it to a list that ranks the top 100 restaurants in the world.
The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2015 list will be announced in London on June 1 but its organisers announced those ranked 51 to 100 on May 26.
French restaurant Jaan at Swissotel The Stamford is at No. 74, while Japanese restaurant Waku Ghin at Marina Bay Sands comes in at No. 70.
Seven other restaurants from the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2015 list also made the cut. They include L'Effervescence from Tokyo (85), and Jungsik from South Korea (93).
Canada marks its return to the list since it dropped off in 2010, with Joe Beef from Montreal at No. 81. And the United States has nine restaurants showcased, including New York eatery Estela debuting at No. 90.
The World's 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, is organised by William Reed Media. Apart from the top 50 list, it also names the 51st to 100th restaurants in the world.
