DOUBLE MATCHA PANCAKE SOUFFLE STYLE

"This souffle pancake tastes really good. It's crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It is served with black soya beans, matcha ice cream and whipped cream that melts and flows down, making the melt-in-your-mouth pancakes even softer."

KING PRAWN UDON

"The French lobster broth is just divine. It creates the magic in the dish. The udon is silky and smooth. The soup also contains black roe, wasabi roe and Asian herbs and spices. It is on the spicy side, but even for a person who doesn't usually like spicy food, I love this one."

WAGYU ROUND ROAST BEEF SET

"Wagyu - where the incredible marbling creates that amazingly flavourful, juicy steak we all hanker after. Now, imagine a mountain of it. Well-sliced, succulent, wagyu roast beef glazed with a special house-made sauce running down from the top of well-cooked, fragrant Japanese rice mixed with Japanese barley. This dish is truly a star and should complete any beef lover's dream."

JANGGUT LAKSA WITH CRAYFISH

"I don't usually like laksa because some places add condensed or evaporated milk. This one is good because the broth is fragrant with fresh coconut milk, robust enough yet not too heavy, so you can finish every drop. It is also not overly spicy, so it's suitable for those who can't take spicy food well. The noodles are also well-cooked, al dente and not clumped together. The prawns, cockles and crayfish are fresh."

MATCHA AZUKI LAVA BAGUETTE

"Matcha lava in a baguette - a unique combination from Mr Baguette at Golden Mile Food Centre. Firm, chewy and crusty on the outside and matcha goodness on the inside. The matcha custard tastes mildly of green tea, but has a strong buttery flavour. It is also topped with azuki beans. Perfect for a tea snack when your matcha craving hits."
