LONGCHAMP ATELIER POP-UP

Luxury French brand Longchamp will open its Longchamp Atelier pop-up at the Paragon lobby on Saturday.

Experience the 68-year-old brand's craftsmanship of leather goods through a display of workshop pictures and videos at the pop-up, which coincides with the launch of its latest Fall-Winter 2016 collection and the Paris Premier handbag ($3,255, right).

The bag, made of French calfskin, was created to celebrate the re-opening of Longchamp's flagship store at Rue Saint-Honore in Paris.

The pop-up runs until Nov 2.

ORIGINS' POWDER FACE MASKS

Inspired by tea rituals, American cosmetics brand Origins has created a powder face mask that lets users take a time-out to prepare the mask.

Much like how matcha tea is prepared, the RitualiTea Powder Face Mask is a powdered product which becomes a frothy cream when mixed with water. The mask comes in four blends of tea leaves and natural ingredients including matcha, oolong black tea and rooibos tea.

The label says each product provides a different benefit, from restoring the skin's texture to exfoliating and smoothening the skin.

The powder face masks ($68 for a 45g container) are available at all Origins counters.

H&M X KENZO COLLECTION GOES ON SALE

Kenzo x H&M will go on sale here on Nov 3 at the H&M outlets in Orchard Building and Ion Orchard.

This collaboration is the Swedish brand's 13th designer collaboration, which has been a yearly affair since 2004, starting with Chanel and Fendi head designer and creative director Karl Lagerfeld.

Kenzo is a 46-year-old French fashion brand known for its bold and vivid animal prints.

For the womenswear collection, Kenzo creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon were inspired by the brand's archives of founder Kenzo Takada.

Think kimono-style jackets as well as ribbons and ruffles on folk-style dresses and tights all in bright, clashing animal prints.

For men, the collection is no less bold, with heavy bombers and parkas printed with the same animal prints and textures with zipper and embroidery details.

Prices start at $17.90 for animal-print Tabi socks. A women's polyester folk-inspired dress with tiered ruffle skirt is $699 and a men's padded sheep leather jacket or long-line cotton jacket is $599.

The collection will be available at H&M outlets at Orchard Building, 1 Grange Road, open: 10am to 11pm daily, tel: 6235-1459; and B2-28 & B3-27 Ion Orchard, 2 Orchard Turn, open: 10am to 11pm daily, tel: 6509-8702.
