KOREAN FAIR AT TAKASHIMAYA

As the Hallyu wave here stays strong, the Seoul In Love fair takes place from now till March 26 at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.

It features a wide range of Korean products, from beauty brands such as Sulwhasoo and Laneige to fashion labels such as H-connect.

There are also technology offerings. A highlight is the Samsung stand, which will showcase the new Samsung Gear S3 intelligent watch.

For foodies, there will be stalls selling Korean cuisine, including fried chicken by the Chicken Up chain.

The fair is at basement two of Takashimaya Shopping Centre and the Food Hall of Takashimaya Department Store on the same level.

Takashimaya Shopping Centre is in Ngee Ann City, 391A Orchard Road, open: 10am to 9.30pm daily.

CUSTOMISE A PRETTY PAIR OF BALLERINA FLATS

From now till March 31, Spanish shoe brand Pretty Ballerinas is offering customisation services for its Rosario shoes (pictured), which are low- cut ballerina flats with a lace bow.

For $260 a pair, customers get to pick their preferred shade and material for the shoe body, the colour of the trimming and the shade and thickness of the bows.

This service is available at the brand's outlets in Paragon and Ngee Ann City.

LONGCHAMP'S NEW SILK SCARVES

French luxury brand Longchamp has released a new collection of silk scarves.

Designed by French artist Julien Calot, the scarves are available in two main designs: the 90 by 90cm La Route De L'Ete ($470) and the 70 by 70cm La Ville Dans La Nuit ($265). Each design comes in different colours.

The scarves are available at all Longchamp boutiques here, including at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Ion Orchard and Paragon.

PS BY PAUL SMITH POP-UP STORE

British fashion label Paul Smith has opened a new pop-up store in Ion Orchard to showcase its new collection, PS by Paul Smith, which features casual clothes for everyday wear for both women and men.

Shoppers can browse a wide selection of clothing and accessories, such as tops with tropical prints, embroidered souvenir jackets (pictured) and backpacks embossed with the brand's logo.

Prices start at $90 for a men's T-shirt and from $100 for a women's T-shirt.
