Men's bags

Why you should start carrying them.

Bags were all over the runways during Fall 2015 Men's Fashion Week, with male models carrying everything from totes to duffel bags to clutches and satchels.

What you should go for.

The bag you choose depends on what occasion you will be using it for. While work or school may call for larger duffels or messenger bags, a satchel or a clutch may be more suitable for the weekend.

However, if you tend to use your hands a lot, avoid bags that you cannot sling over your shoulder. For those who like their bags a little fancy, go for brightly hued or goat hair ones, or those with embellishments. Safe, understated designs include muted hues in materials such as leather, nylon, canvas.

Size matters too. Do not buy a bag that is too large as it will weigh you down and make you look clumsy. Get one that is proportionate to your size.
