NEW YORK - Pop star Taylor Swift's love story with musician Calvin Harris is no more.
The 26-year-old American singer and the 32-year-old Scottish DJ broke up last week, months after celebrating their first anniversary with a beach getaway in March and posting photos of the unknown location on social media, said reports.
People magazine quoted a source as saying: "There was no drama. Things just don't work out sometimes. No one cheated."
E! News quoted an insider as saying the couple "were more friends than lovers". "Taylor's heart was more in it than he was. He started to lose interest over the past few months", before breaking up with her, the report added.
In a cover story for the May issue of Vogue magazine, Swift said: "I'm just taking things as they come. I'm in a magical relationship right now. And of course I want it to be ours, and low-key... this is the one thing that's been mine about my personal life."
She has dated and written songs about stars such as actor Jake Gyllenhaal, singer John Mayer and One Direction frontman Harry Styles. Harris dated singer Rita Ora before Swift.
