A student breaks school rules by using his mobile phone during school hours, the phone gets confiscated for 3 months - end of story, right? Not in this case. 

In a court case that has caught the attention of so many in Singapore, a parent just tried suing a school to get the mobile phone back. Like so many people out there, we also could not believe this was a real thing that was really happening. Hence this video.
