A multi-million-dollar collection of Sex Pistols punk memorabilia is to be burned by the son of Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren, in protest at the 70s movement being co-opted by the establishment.

LONDON (REUTERS) -This huge collection of punk memorabilia is set to go up in smoke.

Joe Corre, the son of Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren and fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, says he's going to burn the items to protest the movement being co-opted into the mainstream.
