British band Coldplay are set to perform at the National Stadium on April 1.

The quartet's upcoming show will be their fourth here.

The Grammy winners, one of the most successful British bands in recent years, first played here in 2001 and last did a concert here at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2009.

Fronted by singer-songwriter Chris Martin, the band are currently touring worldwide after the release of their seventh album, A Head Full of Dreams, released late last year. The Asian leg of the tour also include shows in the Philippines, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

Tickets start from $78 and go up to $298 from Sports Hub Tix.

Citibank customers can get pre-sale tickets online from Nov 17 to 19. Live Nation Lushington mailing list subscribers can buy them on Nov 20, and general public sales start on Nov 21.
