KIT CHAN SPELLBOUND HOMECOMING CONCERT 2016

This marks the final stop of home-grown singer Kit Chan's Spellbound tour and is also her return to the Singapore Indoor Stadium after 15 years. It promises to be a grander version of her Spellbound gig at The Star Theatre in June last year and will also feature songs from her new album of original material, The Edge Of Paradise.

ELVIS COSTELLO: DETOUR

Singer, songwriter and storyteller Elvis Costello (photo) is a prolific musician who has been associated with diverse genres and various acts. He was part of the British pub rock, punk and new wave scenes in the 1970s, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003 with The Attractions and is, of course, an acclaimed solo artist with songs such as Oliver's Army and Veronica.

THE LOVE CONCERT, JUDY ONGG

Taiwan-born, Japan- based entertainer Judy Ongg (photo) is known for her work on both the big and small screens beginning in the 1960s, as well as her Mandarin and Japanese hits, including Seagull, Warm Humanity, Pray and Miserarete. This concert is a fundraiser for The Business Times Budding Artists Fund.

HAZAARON KHWAISHEIN AISI... A TRIBUTE TO JAGJIT SINGH BY SHEKHAR RAVJIANI

Singer and composer Shekhar Ravjiani (photo) - half of Bollywood hit-making music duo Vishal-Shekhar - is paying tribute to his mentor, the late Jagjit Singh, in this concert. For the first time, nostalgic ghazals (an ancient form of poem and song) from the iconic ghazal maestro will be performed by Ravjiani alongside singer Harshdeep Kaur and violinist Deepak Pandit.

DAVE WANG AND WINNIE HSIN LIVE IN SINGAPORE 2016

Mandopop stars Dave Wang Chieh and Winnie Hsin, both known for their hard-done-by-love ballads, join forces at this gig.

The Hong Kong-born Wang is known for his string of hits in the late 1980s and early 1990s, including A Game A Dream and Do I Really Have Nothing?. Taiwan's Hsin broke out in 1994 with her clear soprano pipes on the songs Understanding and Scent.
