This month's instalment of Maad Sounds! curated by Andy Yang features not the usual two, but four home-grown music acts tonight. Among the must-see bands are technical post-rockers In Each Hand A Cutlass and singer-songwriter Inch Chua. Expect an eclectic mix of sounds and be sure to check out the design market at the museum.

PARA//EL PRESENTS FRITZ KALKBRENNER WITH ADRIAN WEE

Since German music-maker Fritz Kalkbrenner got his first taste of techno in 1997, the DJ and producer has been creating groovy tracks and remixes, intertwining classical songwriting with dreamy dancefloor melodies. Expect some balearic guitar riffs on his rave tracks and warm house beats, with Kalkbrenner's own vocals layered over these tunes.

VINTAGE 40 WITH GODWIN PEREIRA AND BRENDON P

Basement club Kyo's co-owner Godwin Pereira celebrates his 40th birthday in style by partying hard behind the decks tonight and spinning a groovy repertoire of house tunes with long-time pal and fellow DJ Brendon P. Pop some bubbly and join the duo in celebrating the finer things in life with some vintage jams.

SYNDICATE FEAT. TEEBS

Fans of experimental electronica and instrumental hip-hop should head down to Ann Siang Hill tonight to check out Los Angeles-based beatmaker Mtendere Mandowa aka Teebs. Fresh from the release of his latest album, Estara, he is in town for a one-night-only set and will also be exhibiting Ante Vos, his collection of paintings and drawings. He will be performing alongside members of local audio and visual collective Syndicate, which include electronic producers Intriguant and Darren Dubwise.

DJ CARNAGE AT CLUB MANSION

Los Angeles-based DJ Krakatoa Gordo aka DJ Carnage makes his debut at Club Mansion tonight to spin an intoxicating mix of electro, hip-hop, trap and pop.

The Guatemala native has rocked the stage at some of the world's biggest dance music festivals, including Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival and Electric Daisy Carnival, spinning alongside DJ great such as Steve Aoki and Afrojack.
