If you missed or did not get enough of Irish singer-songwriter Damien Rice's charming set at music event Neon Lights last year, he is back for a full-on solo set.

Expect to hear his best loved tunes such as The Blower's Daughter and Cannonball as well as tracks from his most recent album, 2014's My Favourite Faded Fantasy.

SINGJAZZ PRESENTS SNARKY PUPPY

Conjuring an aural landscape mashing up genres from jazz to funk, American outfit Snarky Puppy are rightly acclaimed for their captivating live shows.

The Grammy winners, led by the multi-talented Michael League (photo), are back after their gig here last year at the SingJazz music festival.

PURPLE RAIN: A TRIBUTE TO PRINCE

Home-grown musicians inspired by the late pop music icon, Prince, pay tribute to the genius who gave the world gems such as Purple Rain, When Doves Cry, 1999 and Raspberry Beret.

On the bill are funk wunderkind Dru Chen (photo), singer-songwriter Reuby, singer and musician Tim De Cotta and soul singer Roze Kasmani.

UJIKAJI PRESENTS THREE EXPERIMENTAL DUOS

Three pairs of edgy artists from around the region present eclectic, uncompromising music: Tokyo-based Makoto Oshiro (photo) teams up with home-grown multi-instrumentalist Yuen Chee Wai; saxophonist Yong Yandsen collaborates with fellow Malaysian artist Kok Siew-Wai; while Singapore band The Observatory's Vivian Wang and Cheryl Ong will perform as a duo.

DOVES & RAVENS WONDER LIVE!

Pop-rock trio Doves & Ravens (comprising from left, Moses Jadon Wong, Kenneth Qua and Edwin Wong), an upcoming home-grown band from Noise Singapore 2014's Music Mentorship programme, will launch their debut full-length album, Wonder. Blues-rock quartet The Facade are the opening act.
