Future Music Festival Asia ticket buyers to be refunded in 30 to 45 days, says Livescape

SINGAPORE - The refund process for the Future Music Festival Asia (FMFA) will begin on Tuesday, Livescape Singapore said in a statement.

All FMFA 2015 ticket buyers will have their tickets refunded, and refunds are automated for those who bought tickets using credit and debit cards.

The process is expected to take between 30 to 45 days to complete. If the tickets were bought using a local Singaporean credit or debit card, customers can expect refunds within seven to 14 days.

Those who bought tickets using cash or Nets have to get refunds from Sistic, at a date to be announced.

The festival was scheduled to be held at the Changi Exhibition Centre on 13 and 14 March.

Festival organiser Livescape had twice applied for and failed to secure a public entertainment license from the authorities.

More details on the refund process here:

- For all Sistic and Galactix ticket buyers who bought tickets using a credit or debit card, refunds will be credited directly into their accounts. This includes refunds for car park passes purchased.

- Sistic tickets purchased via cash or eNETS will also be refunded within a one-month period.

Collection of refunds can be made at the Sistic headquarters (10 Eunos Road 8, #03-04, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600). A subsequent official announcement will be made when refunds are ready to be collected.

- For those who preloaded credits onto their wristbands, refunds will also be credited directly back into their credit or debit card account within 30 to 45 days.

- Ticket refunds will also be made payable to all ticket buyers who have purchased packages via an FMFA-authorised travel agent. Livescape has instructed the travel agents to refund customers directly within 30 to 45 days.
