American indie band Walk The Moon, best known for current pop hit Shut Up And Dance, will play their first show here at Fort Canning Park on Jan 19. Tickets from $98 are on sale through Sistic.

London Fields axed from Toronto film fest

The Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday pulled last night's premiere of the Johnny Depp film London Fields after director Matthew Cullen filed a lawsuit claiming the film's producers had added "incendiary imagery" without his approval. The festival cited "uncertainty surrounding the creative vision of the version" of the movie that had been set for the Toronto premiere.
