Scorsese and DiCaprio collaborate again

Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese will reunite on their sixth project, says The Hollywood Reporter. They will adapt Erik Larson's 2003 book The Devil In The White City, about the work of architect Daniel Burnham, who designed Chicago's 1893 World's Fair, and H.H. Holmes, a serial killer who lured his victims to their deaths using the fair as cover. DiCaprio will play Holmes.

Meghan Trainor cancels tour

Singer Meghan Trainor, 21, cancelled the rest of her MTrain Tour on Tuesday, saying on Instagram she will be undergoing surgery for a haemorrhaged vocal cord. Her tour which started last month had been scheduled to continue into next month.

Oct 8 wedding for Huang, Angelababy

Actors Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy, who married last May, have set their wedding date for Oct 8, say reports. The banquet will be held in her native Shanghai at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. He reportedly gave her parents 38 million yuan (S$8.3 million) in bride price. Asked about the latest reports, her manager said: "Wait for the official announcement."

Sofia Vergara to voice Simpsons character

Sofia Vergara will lend her voice to a character on The Simpsons, Entertainment Weekly reported. She will play the role of Professor Barrera in an episode in the upcoming 27th season of the animated comedy series.
