Lee Min Ho biggest draw on DramaFever

South Korean actor Lee Min Ho is the biggest draw on DramaFever, the New York- based video-streaming website for international television shows, the company's social media director told Yonhap News Agency. DramaFever distributes dramas and films, around 70 per cent of which are K-dramas, and garners more than 20 million monthly visitors, around 65 per cent of whom are non-Asians. Lee's The Inheritors, which began to stream in 2013, generated US$1 million (S$1.4 million) in sales within six months.


Conde Nast buys Pitchfork

Conde Nast, the publisher that owns magazines such as Vogue and Vanity Fair, said on Tuesday that it had acquired Pitchfork Media, the company behind the independent music website and quarterly magazine,

for an undisclosed sum. Pitchfork, founded in 1995, has long been one of music's independent voices, known for unearthing up-and-coming artists and for its in-depth reviews.

The acquisition takes immediate effect.
