Arnie to host Celebrity Apprentice

Actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will replace Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump as host of The Celebrity Apprentice, broadcaster NBC said on Monday.

NBC severed its ties with Trump in June, declining to broadcast the Miss USA and Miss Universe beauty pageants which he and NBC co-owned, due to his controversial comments on Mexican immigrants. Trump had already said he would be leaving The Celebrity Apprentice to pursue his political career.


Korean actor Joo Won coming

Korean actor Joo Won sure wastes little time. Immediately upon wrapping up The Gang Doctor, he will be flying to Jakarta and Singapore to promote the hit medical thriller currently airing on cable channel ONE.

A meet-and-greet session will take place here on Oct 10. Further details of the event will be revealed later.


Streaming service sells Prince CDs

Is digital music making CDs obsolete? Not yet for streaming service Tidal, which on Monday started selling CDs of Prince's new album, HitNRun Phase One.

The album was also on sale at brick-and-mortar record stores and as a download on iTunes, Amazon and other online outlets. But it was not available on rival online streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music.
