Former The O.C. star Mischa Barton (above, at the recent Cannes Film Festival) has won her court case against a former boyfriend whom she said was trying to sell photos of them having sex to porn merchants. The 31-year-old actress had filed a lawsuit against Jon Zacharias when media reports came out in March that such images were being shopped around. Zacharias was allegedly asking for US$500,000 (S$690,000). On Monday, a settlement was reached in Los Angeles Superior Court, with Zacharias committing not to distribute any of the images and to hand them over to Barton, CBS Los Angeles reported. Her lawyer later tweeted: "Court victory today with Mischa Barton. Distribution of the explicit images banned, ex stays 100 yards away forever."
