I refer to Eunice Quek's article about the launch of sauces and ready-to-cook meal kits by two chefs. (Convenient Meals, Life, Nov 8).
I am concerned about one of the meal kits the writer tested.
She stated that the chap chye was not authentic.
I have had enough of chefs and celebrities who cook up dishes that are far from authentic and yet insist on calling them by their traditional names.
