Beyond The Lines By Sophie Loh

Memories Of China

This group exhibition - which includes artists Chen Junde, Guan Puxue, Mao Yigang, Song Huimin, Wang Keju, Weng Kaixuan and Wang Lu - explores the resurgence of art in China after the Cultural Revolution of 1966 to 1976. The artists, who were born close to or during that period, convey their perceptions of China and art in the country through their landscape paintings.
