South-east Asian Film Financing Project Market Call For Submissions

The inaugural South-east Asian Film Financing Project Market, the region's first co-production project market by ScreenSingapore, will take place from Dec 2 to 4. Submissions close on Wednesday. It is open to fiction and non-fiction feature film projects from aspiring and experienced film-makers and will facilitate meetings between selected film-makers and potential collaborators.

Secret Ingredient (Open Call)

British artist Nicola Anthony is inviting the public to share its secrets for a new art installation. From now to Oct 6, a "confession box" will be placed at bistro and art space SPRMRKT for the anonymous collection of "secrets". Confessions can also be made online or face-to-face with the artist on Oct 11 at SPRMRKT. The "secrets" will be woven into a site-specific installation of light and language. The exhibition runs from Oct 15 to Nov 30.

SSO Gala: Helene Grimaud Plays Ravel

French pianist Grimaud joins John Nelson and the Singapore Symphony Orchestra in Ravel's Piano Concerto. Opening the concert is Le Tombeau De Couperin (The Grave Of Couperin), a work Ravel dedicated to his friends killed during World War I.

A Swirl Of A Time - Romulo Olazo Solo Exhibition

Reverberation

As part of its efforts to take art to a wider community, the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and Rendezvous Hotel Singapore's exhibition features Liow Yeng Lin, Yeo Jian Long and Yuan Lu.
