The newly opened private museum Singapore Pinacotheque de Paris has paintings by Monet, Rembrandt and Picasso in its small but dazzling Collections Gallery; South-east Asian historical artefacts in the Heritage Gallery; and a blockbuster showcase of Egypt's most famous queen in its Features Gallery. The Myth Of Cleopatra ranges from pre-Christian Egyptian artefacts to the costumes won by the late actress Elizabeth Taylor in the 1963 movie Cleopatra.
