I was lost at the area outside Rochester Mall near One-North MRT station recently.

A security guard - Mr Ali - who was around the loading bay approached me and asked where I wanted to go. He showed me the way to the closest entrance to Rochester Mall, so I thanked him and went on my way.

When I was leaving, not wanting to get lost again, I walked back to the MRT station via the same route Mr Ali had showed me. I met him again at the loading bay. Upon seeing me, he extended his hand to shake mine, and wished me a good day.

Mr Ali is an exceptional example of a security guard who goes out of his way to help others. Kyowa Security is fortunate to have Mr Ali in its employ.
