Reminder about forgotten change

I purchased some books from Times Bookstore at Centrepoint. I paid in cash but, in my hurry, forgot to take my change of about $30.

When I realised what had happened, I decided to write off the sum as it would be difficult to prove that I had not taken the change.

However, to my pleasant surprise, I received a call two days later from a staff member named Karmal from the Times Centrepoint outlet.

She politely reminded me that I had forgotten my change and that I could collect it at any time.

She even apologised for the delay in contacting me. I realised she must have found my contact number via my Times Bookstore membership card.

I have since collected my change and wish to thank Ms Karmal and Times Bookstore for their exemplary service.
