The HDB's Concessionary Season Parking Ticket for Motorcycles (CSPT) scheme allows motorcyclists to park at all white spaces at HDB carparks and at most Urban Redevelopment Authority carparks.

When a motorcyclist first applies for the CSPT, a list of excluded carparks, where CSPT holders have to pay to park, is given to him.

However, as time passes, motorcyclists may not remember that some carparks are excluded from the scheme, or they may have lost the list.

Moreover, when new excluded carparks are built, it is quite difficult for HDB to notify all its CSPT holders.

Therefore, a "No free parking for CSPT holders" sign should be displayed at carparks which are excluded from the scheme.
